Melbourne Celebrates

July 27th-28th

MGDC is excited to announce the 2024 Melbourne Celebrates tournament!

We are going back to where it all began. This year’s tournament will be run at Bundoora Park in Darebin City Council. There are probably only a handful of the OG disc golfers from Melbourne and Geelong who remember this, but when MDGC first formed in 2008, many league days were held at Bundoora Park. It’s a huge space with so many options to produce a championship course and some great facilities including an onsite café at the Farm entrance.

Format

Similar to the Ruffey Rumble, the event will be split over two days, with different divisions playing 2x 18 hole rounds each day.

Saturday: MA2, FA2, MA3, MA4, FA4, FA40, MA50, MJ15, FJ15
Sunday: MPO, FPO, MP40, MA1, FA1, MA40

There is a limit of 72 players on each day. Both days will play the exact same course.

This will be a no-frills event, with just the basics provided.
