Celebrating the Champions of the 2023 Disc Golf Victoria Tour
As the radiant hues of a setting sun bathed Eastern Park in a warm glow, the 2023 Disc Golf Victoria Tour concluded with a crescendo of intense competition, newfound friendships, and stellar disc golf displays. Hailing from different states and diverse backgrounds, participants of all ages and skill levels converged on challenging courses, creating an unforgettable tapestry of disc golf excellence.
In a nail-biting MPO final round, the spotlight shone on Tim Bohan, Aidan Howard, and Ryan Michell, with Tim’s stellar 2nd place finish securing him the coveted Tour victory.
Special commendations are in order for the incredible performances by John Cranstoun (MA50) and Don Carter (MJ15), who nearly orchestrated a clean sweep, clinching victory in four out of the five tour events.
As we applaud the skill of all our participants, we extend our thanks to Latitude 64, the 2023 Tour’s Major sponsor, whose unwavering support made this tour possible. Without their commitment, the tour wouldn’t have reached the heights it did.
Now, with discs held high, let’s revel in the achievements of our extraordinary champions.
